Returns & Refunds Policy (UK Customers)
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order in line with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
1. How to Notify Us (Within 14 Days)
You must inform us of your decision to return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Sending the Item Back (Next 14 Days)
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Return conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned
Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Include clear photos and your order number

We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund
